Vergelegen Wine Estate is a renowned wine farm in Somerset West. As they use high volumes of water daily, they required an alternative source of potable water. Our solution was to implement surface water treatment by designing and producing a surface water treatment system that purifies dam water from a dam in the mountains for potable use in various applications on the estate, from the winery to the restaurant.
